BEHIND THE SCENE

Ever wondered how the amazing collectibles you order get from our warehouse to your doorstep? Today, we’re giving you an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the stocks stored in our warehouse.

Our team is working their best to handle all the stocks and and ship them out as soon as possible. But first, when the stocks arrive our warehouse, our team will send us the photos of each of the stocks and upload them to our system.

Once we received the order, our team will process and generate the required documents within 2 working days and process the item. After the export is complete, the stock will be sent through sea freight or air freight to the receiving country. Our customer service will then update the tracking information to the receiver by email. 

After the stock arrived at the receiving country, the stock will then pass to our shipping partners (normally it's FedEx or UPS). Our shipping partners work diligently to deliver your package to your doorstep. Upon arrival, all that’s left is for you to unbox and enjoy your new collectible!

Bonus: Customer Service Support Our job isn’t done when the item ships. Our customer service team is always ready to help resolve any issues or answer questions you may have about your order.
